This house was completely gutted and renovated in 2009. Located a short two-block walk from the north side of campus and one block off of Broad Street, it is convenient to everything nearby. There are a large number of Temple students living on the street. The house is divided into two apartments: The first floor is a 3-bedroom / 1-bath unit that has access to the full basement and private, fenced in back yard. The second and third floors make up a 6-bedroom / 2-bath unit which features a large living room area.
Each apartment also has a washer and dryer within the unit.
